Howard Tiersky, PresidentHoward is President and Founder of Moving Interactive. Prior to founding the company, Howard spent eighteen years as Vice President for Media & Entertainment with Capgemini, one of the world's leading global consulting firms. At Capgemini, Howard led the firm's digital media capabilities for North America for over seven years where he drove major eBusiness transformation projects for clients including General Electric, General Motors, NBC-Universal, Office Depot, Turner Broadcasting, Sprint PCS, Sears, Allstate, Merrill Lynch and Cisco. Howard speaks regularly at industry conferences such as CES, Digital Hollywood, and SigGraph and is also on the faculty of the NYU Tisch School of the Arts where he teaches courses on the intersection of television industry and the Internet. Howard holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts from NYU, and a Masters of Fine Arts in Directing from the USC School of Theater, Film and Television. |

Jorge Canal, Vice President of TechnologyJorge leads the company's Technology division and is also the Managing Director of the Peru office. Prior to joining Moving Interactive, Jorge was a founder of Techno Global, and brings an extensive technology leadership background building complex web applications across all major platforms. Additionally, Jorge has led more than twenty complex CRM transformations including data migration, workflow development, and integration with financial and call center systems. Jorge's clients include Universal Studios, Symantec, Epiphany, Chordiant Software, and others, where he played key roles in Development, System Architectural Design, Analysis, Project Management and Training. Jorge brings more than fifteen years of experience building highly efficient and successful offshore development teams to deliver mission critical work. Jorge holds a B.S. in Business from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelors of Accounting from university in Peru. |

Debbie Klein, Vice President of Client SolutionsDebbie brings more than fifteen years experience partnering with marketing, product, and technology executives to define and deliver interactive solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Prior to joining Moving Interactive, Debbie spent ten years at Sapient, one of the largest digital agencies and consultancies in the world, where she led large global teams through the creation of end to end digital solutions incorporating strategy, creative, technology, and marketing needs. Debbie's clients include TV Guide, Scripps Networks, NBC Universal, Telecharge, JPMorgan Chase, Credit Suisse, Bank of America, OppenheimerFunds, Goldman Sachs, and other global brands. Earlier in her career, Debbie was VP of Global Electronic Delivery at Citigroup, managing the team responsible for the online securities platform for the bank's commercial clients. Debbie holds a B.S. in Information Sciences from CUNY and extensive coursework in Digital Marketing from NYU. |

Mike Moore, Vice President of Creative DesignMike brings over ten years of experience in visual design, usability research and information architecture to his role leading the Creative and Marketing Design area of Moving Interactive. Mike has designed, developed and tested online products for major brands including Walmart, Prada, S.p.A., Hewlett-Packard, Blockbuster, and Universal Studios. Prior to joining Moving Interactive, Mike founded Brooklyn Union Design, a boutique visual design firm, in 2001. He was a Senior Designer at Idealab, New York, where he created and promoted corporate brand identities for Idealab's operating companies. Mike has also developed products for Vencatalyst, LLP, a technology incubator, and the New York Robotics Collective. Mike's book, “The Field Guide to the North American Bird” was featured in the 2005 Communication Arts Design Annual. Mike hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Art Center College of Design, and a Masters of Fine Arts from Rutgers University Mason Gross School for the Arts. |

Heidi Wisbach, Vice President of Business InnovationHeidi brings twenty years of specialization in customer experience transformation, driving clients to define new frontiers for their businesses and mapping out the detailed steps to get there. With a background in marketing, public relations, finance, and technology, Heidi has built a career in customer relationship strategy consulting for clients such as Disney, Universal Studios, Sprint North Supply, Allstate, Cigna, General Motors, JPMorgan Chase, Citibank, Mastercard, Nestle-Waters, Bauch & Lomb, General Electric, and Unilever. Heidi spent more than ten years with Ernst & Young (later Capgemini) where she was a go-to contact for customer experience and web channel transformation methodology and project management, including accelerated definition of a customer-centric vision, detailed roadmaps, transformation business case and metrics, user needs analysis, new business processes, business requirements, and usability testing. Heidi holds a B.A. in Political Science from Trinity College and an MBA from the University of Chicago. |
